Refund Policy

We want you to love your HeartPrint experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Physical Products

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

2. Digital Products / Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, digital products and journal subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address] with photos and order details.
