1. Physical Products

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
2. Digital Products / Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, digital products and journal subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address] with photos and order details.
